Silent Push
Brand Design

As a design consultant for Silent Push, I worked with the marketing team across web, print, and trade show materials, eventually taking on a brand refresh aimed at broadening their audience and making the identity feel more approachable.

The work below reflects both stages: designs built on the original branding, and where things started to go as the refresh took shape.

Tools

Infographics

Silent Push uses the tagline “Neutralize Before Compromise”, which talks to their application being a preemptive cybersecurity system that can predict future vulnerabilities and block threats before they occur.

The need for infographics comparing the differences between traditional and preemptive security systems was integral to the sales and product marketing teams. These graphics, along with system workflow graphics, are used in documents and for social media.

Motion Graphics

Motion graphic projects ranged from creating product explainers to infographics and syncing audio to animations for podcast visuals. These were created to enhance viewership on social channels and also provide as much clarity about the platform before and after pre-recorded demos.

I was an advocate for introducing more motion designs into marketing, as it was an area the company hadn't yet explored..

Ebooks and Whitepapers

Silent Push offers a wide range of thought leadership pieces on the state of the cyber industry, along with documents pertaining to product overviews and new features.

Before my time, they relied solely on Word to create documents that communicated this information. I established the first round of branded documents for the company and continued to iterate on designs while keeping them tied to the direction the brand was heading.

Presentations

Company presentations became a high priority following the brand refresh. The original slide templates were a little too text heavy, leading to visuals that were too small to have an impact or be forced into any open space that was available. I designed new templates for the sales team to use based on the new style that focus more on visual storytelling instead of walls of text.

Shifting to a more visually engaging layout led to an increase in clarity and allowed presentations to flow more smoothly. This also gave speakers a chance to break away from reading what was on screen and let them become more dynamic with their presentation style.

Trade Show

Silent Push has an international footprint, and trade show presence was always a high priority. I worked directly with the Field Marketing Manager on all deliverables, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process with three-dimensional mockups that gave them a clear picture of the final experience before anything went to print.
